General Information
Australian Immigration medical examination
Your medical examination can be done quickly and conveniently in our office.
All tests are done at one location and in one visit.
What to do in 3 easy steps:
1. Make an appointment
Please call us at 801-422-5538
We may be helping other patient's and not be able to answer your call, so please leave a message with your name, phone number, and country of immigration. We will return your call within 24 hours.
2. Arrive for your appointment
Please arrive on time and check in with reception where you will sign the proper consent forms and have an identity photo taken. You will need to bring your passport, which is required by E-medical to confirm your identity. Depending on your age, you will need a chest X-ray and laboratory tests. The tests do not require fasting (you can eat before you come in). Anyone over the age of 5 will be required to do a UA. If you are pregnant and are concerned about X-rays, you can choose to finish the exam and wait to do your X-ray until after you have given birth.
3. Physical Exam
You will have a standard physical examination by the panel doctor.
This does not involve an internal examination or breast examination. It will however, be necessary to undress for the examination, down to your under-clothing. You will receive a gown for coverage and comfort. A chaperone will be available upon request.
If this information does not answer all your questions, please call us at: 801-422-5538.
