Whether you’re feeling sick, managing an ongoing health concern, or simply need a physical, our General Medicine team is here to help.
We provide comprehensive medical care for BYU students, including same-day and next-day appointments for many health concerns.
What We Treat
Our physicians and advanced practice providers care for a wide range of health needs, including:
- Everyday illnesses: colds, flu, sore throats, sinus infections, coughs, urinary tract infections, and stomach concerns
- Skin concerns: rashes, acne including Accutane, moles, warts, and other skin conditions
- Injuries and pain: sprains, fractures, back pain, joint pain, and headaches
- Ongoing medical conditions: asthma, allergies, high blood pressure, thyroid conditions, diabetes, and other chronic health concerns
- Mental health concerns: depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and related conditions
- Women’s health: menstrual concerns, contraception consultations, PCOS, preconception care, and other reproductive health concerns
- Preventive care: immunizations, routine checkups, and health screenings
- Physicals: pre-mission, employment, driver’s, graduate or professional school, and other required physicals

Appointments & Urgent Care
General Medicine appointments are often available the same day or next day.
For medical concerns that need more immediate attention, our Urgent Care Center accepts walk-ins without an appointment:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
